Over the past 7 years, I've had some incredible opportunities to grow personally, professionally and financially. This growth & development is largely due to Insight Global and their constant commitment to our purpose. I'm so thankful I work for a company who equally values all aspect of my growth.

I'm most happy when my team is finding wins and staying positive even when the win doesn't equate to spread.

My team is incredibly GRITTY, they do not let circumstances define their effort, they are resourceful and they always take care of each other.

I’d say both the culture is unlike anything I’ve seen before. The environment breeds positivity and personal growth! However, it’s extremely fast paced and competitive!!

My leadership team fully understands what it takes to be successful in my current role and are constantly holding me accountable to meet the goals I have set for myself.

I absolutely love that my compensation is solely based on the efforts I contribute each day. This is one of the many things I love about working for Insight Global!

Free snacks. Kidding The people, the challenge, the feeling of being a part of something bigger than myself. The feeling of accomplishment and helping the individuals on my team find success in all aspects of life!

My team is one of a kind. I am fortunate enough to work with an encouraging group of people whom all truly care about the success of one another! On the same note, when things aren’t going great you have each other to fall back on for support!
