What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The common desire to succeed and sense of urgency. Also constant feedback that leadership and peers provide.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the energy they bring to weekly check in emails, calls, and our sales conferences. They are extremely passionate about our company and what we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am compensated extremely well for my job with the amazing commission structure. However, the additional stock incentives I have received are with our "incentive unit program" that most employees don't completely understand.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is extremely positive who I work for. Working with people management can be a challenge, but support from my team to push on and focus on what we can controllable is a huge necessary component.
What makes you most happy at work?
Celebrating small and large victories with my team. Insight Global is a family that most people spend their entire career looking for. There is a place for everyone as long as you're willing to work hard and stay positive. This inclusive factor is perhaps my favorite thing about our Co.
