The managers at Insight Global are here to see you succeed and they truly care about their recruiters and sales for around them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing is the dynamic we have with and betwen each other. We all enjoy each other in the office and outside the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What I love is that we have a solid hourly pay for the first 6 months and then after the 6 month period we have a great salary rate. Once we move into sales, we have uncapped commission and who doesn't love that!
