The way my coworkers support me and have my best interest in mind.

I liked the social aspect of it since that is a lot of what the job itself entails.

I truly value their opinions and I love to opportunity that they open up for all of us.

The people I would with and the friendly competitive nature of the company and environment. I am constantly growing.

I wake up every morning excited to come to work with the people in my office. We all look out for each other and there is an amazing competitive culture.

Organic growth is one of the absolute best things about this company and I think it is the reason behind why Insight Global has the best and most efficient leadership team.

I come to work every day and am truly happy with my team and the people I work with. So much that I carry a lot of those relationships over into my life outside of work. We all work well together as a team and promote individual growth.
