I love the company, but i feel there is a disconnect from Bert's message to the executive team and into the field. We have VP level meetings that don't provide a lot of value to the team and seem just for face time with the VP. The VP level seems to have a gap of connection with the field

hard working, excited, invested people. They are striving to make themselves, the office and the company stronger

I enjoy working for a woman who is hands on in the field. She has extensive previous knowledge that is extremely relevant and helpful.

I believe the bonus structure is more than fair and you have an opportunity to make more money here than a lot of other sales positions

Everyone is working together to further the same goal. Working with people who are like minded and have great work ethic drives me to be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The regional leadership level has the most connection to the field and knows the daily struggles and wins that we are facing. They feel like they are in the fight with us.
