I have been here for a very long time, i have been challenged and continue to be challenged. I love the people i suyrround myself with and i am glad i have been given an opportunity to work here as i have been able to learn a lot about myself and what i am capable of.

That its based on how hard i work. The harder you work the more money you can make

They are real, direct and care. They provide you with feedback daily and never let you fall behind.

Work hard, Play hard, all working towards the same goals and celebrate EVERY milestone you hit. never let you feel alone.

We all have a same goal we are trying to achieve, we got eachothers back and we dont let anyone fall by the wasteside.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its performance based, the better you perform the more money you can make. There is NO CAP to the amount of money you can make.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are honest, they work hard, they pivot a BUNCH in terms of focus and they give the best version of themselves as much as possible. I love my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid the same as others in the same role i am in as well as being here for 11 years and the impact i have made during my time and the responsibilities i have currently.
