Promotions all come from within, therefore everyone in leadership started in the entry level role and did what you did.

The history that we have with each other, so many of us have been through it all together, everyone genuinely cares about one another and we really are one big family.

Everyone cares about each other, and we all have the common goal to make our company the best in our industry. I sincerely believe that, and I would put our team up against any other in the business.

We encourage each other, and we also keep each other in check. We have an open environment where we have direct access to all management and leadership to ask for help, and we can also give direct feedback to our management team which is listened to and immediate action is taken when necessary.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I have a company that truly cares about me as an individual. My boss, my peers, and my team all care about me and I care about them. I know if I ever needed anything from any of them that they would have my back, because they know I have theirs. There is true comradery in the company.
