It is great. No one has 100% satisfaction all the time, but overall it is an awesome company and a great place to work.

They are passionate and driven to be successful. They are respectful and have a desire to grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is always an opportunity for growth and to make more money. We are constantly incentivized to never hit our ceiling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is here to be a team player and lift others up. Nothing about this type of sales is cut throat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are personable and overly involved with their offices and their own teams. You don't feel like you're reporting up into them.
