It is a culture of success. We are get people successful early in their career and celebrate all of the little wins.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is unique in that we are not 100% organically grown like the staffing divisions. We hire people with experience and it is fun to learn perspective from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I value the transparency and how accessible our leadership team is. I feel comfortable calling any Executive on their cell phone at any time. I also know that any of them would be there for me in a time of need. I feel very fortunate to view my leadership as mentors and friends.
