Always focused on continuous improvement through an environment of open dialogue and accountability. Everyone is here to make everyone better and there aren't political agendas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay is directly inline with my effort and production. As hard as I want to go is exactly how I will be rewarded. The high base with bonus potential throughout the year and year-end is extremely incentivizing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No one will ever be brought in from outside of the company above me. Everyone above me has done my job and I always have the opportunity to get to the next level if I put in the time, effort and take the feedback.
