The best part about our compensation is the sky is the limit based on how hard you work. If you follow the process that leadership teaches you on day one, you are going to have both professional and financial growth and success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At Insight Global you are trained by a servant based leadership model. My Executive team is there to support me around the clock with various projects, sales deals, and even questions regarding career growth. Every single one of them is approachable and is a mentor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone celebrates each others success, and is constantly asking what they can do better to be the best employee they can. Everyone also becomes life long friends and feels like family. We all work hard and play hard together. The sky is truly the limit.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I get to work on complex deals, run my own accounts nationally, and get to come through for my clients. Nothing is more exciting than when you win a deal, or come through for a client and they are happy about it. I also love that there is a ton of career progression and upward mobility
