Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher commission tier for 30K+ individuals. Would incentivize us to keep sales high/at that level.

smiling - not having, but making a reason to smile each day. People work better when they're happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a pro recruiter, a higher commission structure would be nice - I understand that AMs can only make money of their own reqs, but pros make the company equally as much money/ spread so it should be slightly closer compensated to AMs even if not fully.
