I live and breath Insight Global. I love this company, I love the job that I do and the team that I work with. I am truly happy to go to work everyday!

Very open and team based, never a dull moment!

I think that we are paid very fairly based off of the work that we put in.

We truly enjoy being around each other everyday and are very close outside of the office as well. We're a family!

The culture at Insight Global, in my opinion, is why we're so successful as a company. We truly care about each other and enjoy being at the office and doing our jobs!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary could be better for everything that we do throughout the year. The bonuses and commission are great but only come in a couple months of the year. A higher base salary could offset that.
