Everyone is constantly working towards the same goals. You are surrounded by hard working, motivated, enthusiastic individuals 24/7- can't imagine a better work environment!

We work alongside the most enthusiastic individuals every day, who are excited to come into work and help motivate each other towards a common goal.

I love that we operate as one big family. My team is extremely supportive and I genuinely have become best friends with many of them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay doesn't match the cost of living in this area and has been a topic of discussion recently to try to get it raised.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having uncapped commission on top of a base salary. This job is very goal-driven and it's exciting to work hard and watch it pay off!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love knowing that since we only promote from within, every leader has started from the bottom and has earned their title based on performance. It's refreshing to learn from people who have been in your shoes before.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved being able to meet with so many people throughout the process- it was comforting to know I could connect with each person and therefore I knew this was a place that I could see myself being successful at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work hard, play hard is one of our values and they do a great job of implementing this. I love working alongside motivated, positive individuals that I choose to spend my free time with, even after spending 40 hours a week with them.
