Stress is an all time high for me, having an "off" week shows. Would be nice to encourage mental days off when needed.

Recruiters fill business, AM's get their spread when req's are filled. If recruiters were paid better there might be less turnover. Some people work hard with better pay
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
celebrating success. Financial bonues when you're an AM or pro. You are constantly giving yourself a raise with spread and not having uncomfortable raise conversations because you give it to yourself here
