Base Salary is okay but the bonuses are competetive

They are fun, hard working people that are all determined to become successful personally professionally and financially.
What makes you most happy at work?
Promoting recruiters, Meeting new people and customers, helping people get jobs. The commission checks help as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants everyone to be successful and you rarely come across people hoping that others dont succeed at a high level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commision structure. Base salary is a little low for third year and higher employees. Their should be salary increases if you have dedicated yourself to the company for a couple years or more.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a Sales Manager at the company seeing others grow and develop and turn into leaders. For myself knowing that I am being challenged every day by my people to my best self as well as my leadership.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have deep industry knowledge and have built markets up from scratch all over the country and know what it takes to consistently beat the competition. Their constant care for improivement is always present and it creates a challenging but positive environment.
