I love the people I work with. The days can be long, sure, but when you are working with people that you like, it seems to fly by.

My team is always looking for ways to improve and find problems to solve. While I have one in ones and weekly stand ups, they are all self sufficient. I can comfortably take PTO and not worry about their performance dropping.
