The most positive part of our culture is the recognition for achieving goals! Even little goals are celebrated, and i think this really encourages people t work hard.

The best part about compensation in sales is the uncapped commission bracket. You do have to work your way up to be in this bracket, but it's a big motivator to work hard and earn uncapped commission!
