The culture is great due to the quality of the people. We work hard and work fast, but we have a great time while we do it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The harder you work, the more money you can make. We have a comfortable and competitive base salary along with uncapped commission, which is ideal for any sales role. The cash/stock bonuses and incentive trips just add to the great compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has a servant management mentality. They are hands on without micro-managing and they will work right alongside you in order to make you successful. As long as you are willing to put in the work, they are willing to help you reach your goals.
