Overall I am extremely lucky to have been given a chance at this company. Being hired here has truly changed my life. That sounds crazy but it is not an understatement. Because of Insight Global I moved to a city where I met my wife, and it has allowed us financial stability to build a life!

The ability to make the people around me successful personally, professionally and financially.

We all genuinely enjoy each other and are excited about each others successes. There's never jealousy, just encouragement to be better.

They don't just tell you to do something, you get feedback, then are given a clear path as to how to execute the direction/feedback given.

They will literally give the shirt off their back for any of their employees. There isn't a group that works harder or cares more than those people.

It truly is directly correlated to the effort I put in. The harder I work, the more money I make. Conversely, when my effort declines, so will my pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work very hard since we have a mutual goal to be very successful professionally, but everyone also appreciates and values our personal time and make time to get to know everyone outside of the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a fun group of people for sure, but more importantly I think it's a high character group. I think our environment is about working hard, enjoying each other, and being just an overall good person!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with every day, as well as the responsibility given to me, as well as others so early in their career. Most people do not get the opportunity to manage such valuable amounts of business until later in their career, IG challenges us early and often, which makes us better!
