What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great base salary and aggressive commission structure. There is no cap on what you can make and on top of that we get IUPs (ownership in the company)
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy spending time with my coworkers and the ability to have a direct impact on the company continues to exist. The work I do matters every step of the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a great job at maintaining transparency and is always open to suggestions. You can call a manager at any level and they will take the time to talk to you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter what is going on with work there is a group that is there to support you. There are ups and downs to any job, but the support you get when going through hard times makes all of the difference.
