The team is motivating. is is a work hard/play hard mentality and everyone is always pushing each other to do their best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the commission structure could be improved for the professional recruiter role. Account Managers are very well paid but the professional role could be better compensated for their hard work.
