The best part about my compensation package is that it is based off your hard work and dedication, so the harder you work to promotion, the less time you are receiving your starting salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Insight Globals leadership team is probably the most hands on exec team out of any company I have ever had the opportunity of working for. For example, you get the opportunity to speak to the CEO before starting your career with Insight Global.

My team actually functions as a team... we celebrate everyone’s successes and give constructive feedback when it is needed to insure we continue to grow and excel in our work every single day! My team provides the most positive work environment I have ever been apart of!
