What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work is like family. Anything outside of work my coworkers are genuinely interested and compassionate about. Very nice to work with a group that seems like long-time friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Changes and improvements to internal training and management - team is approachable and it's awesome that I've been able to get 1 on 1 time with many of our leaders, including the CEO.
