The people are amazing and we live our shared values. They aren't just words on a wall, but actions and impacts we choose to make daily.

How comfortable everyone made me feel. Not just the corporate recruiter, but everyone from the recruiter who sat me to the sales manager that made me the offer.

That they understand my challenges and have faced them personally as well. That's the beauty of the promotions from within model - it builds respect and understanding through the ranks, and everyone is willing to help!

Since we only promote from within, the leadership team has actually been in your shoes before. This makes them so much more helpful from a training perspective, and truly helps build respect through the ranks. You never have to walk on eggshells around them, and they're incredibly supportive.
