Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I'm a lifer - not going anywhere! I love this company through all of the ups and downs so even if things don't work out in my current role, I know I'll find success elsewhere in the company because we take care of each other!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Receiving quarterly and yearly bonuses based on performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have an incredibly high sense of resonsibility and accomplishmet, which means that we carry incredibly high levels of respect for one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency! Living through the shared value "always know where you stand" cuts out a lot of the protentional toxicity and that sense of clarity keeps things positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The "instant gratification" we get from our hard work... we're paid weekly and quite literally have the ability to double our paycheck over the course of 5 days.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making an immediate impact on someones career; whether it's a customer, contractor, or team member, I have the ability to change someones life daily and that's a incredibly rewarding feeling
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like the people who interviewed me were genuinely interested in getting to know the "real" me. They were easy to connect with and they set very clear expectations for success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They trust first, verify second; they crave feedback from their team(s) and empower any/all team members to give feedback; they lead by example and don't ask anyone to do something they've never done themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly ready to lock arms with each other to get through tough times! I would drop anything and everything if someone on my team needed help and I know they would do the same for me!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I'm making a difference in the future of Insight Global! It's hard to see super long-term in my day to day, but in the moments of big wins, I realize I'm making a difference which brings me so much joy!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so invested in the success of the company and it shows in every single decision that is made! IG leaders set the bar highest for themselves and they're the first to get in the trenches with their people when times get tough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have our differences, but we are all dedicated to one anothers' success. We all hold each other accountable at a higher level than most other organizations, but we also celebrate each other more than any other company I know of!
