What do you like best about the leadership team?
IG Leadership team helps support Account Managers on innovative staffing, and turn-key solutions for customers. As the industry and market continue to change the leadership team is great at adapting at the top level and listening to what we are seeing in the field.
What makes you most happy at work?
Creating innovated enterprise turnkey solutions for clients, or help solve customers challenges in an out-of-the box way. Also mentoring those who are in need to be successful. I am very appreciative of the opportunity I have been given here, and want to pay it forward to the next classes!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not so much feeling undervalued. There are a lot of hats that we wear as account managers which is great as it translates into more experience. With that said, I think there are a lot of comparable industry jobs which compensate similarly or better without as many responsibilities.
