What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting the opportunity to meet with employees in a number of different roles: corporate recruitment, sales, management, etc. It opened my eyes to the opportunity ahead of me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely cohesive and we care about each other's success and accomplishments. We are supportive of one another and are there to help each other whenever asked. It is a true team effort!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have never felt a glass ceiling at Insight Global. I have been compensated in an extremely fair fashion and I know that I am not facing any pay discrepancy like many women in the US.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy that my company offers me continuous growth opportunity both professionally and personally. I have had the opportunity to be promoted on an annual basis and have unmatched compensation. There is no other company out there that cares as much as Insight Global does about their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Insight Global care about their team and the growth of each person both personally and professionally. My management has always taken the time to know my goals and have worked with me to put a plan of action in place to hit each of those goals. They truly care about me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team. Insight Global is a company built upon its people and we are truly one team motivated by a common goal: to be the very best company in the World. We care about each other, we take care of each other and we hold each other accountable. It is an extremely rewarding place to work.
