It is just different here. the people are better, the opportunity is bigger, there is a shared sense of community, and while we all work really hard, we do it together.

All in all it is just a great package, there isn't one thing I like the most.

Promotions happen from within, so you are always working under someone who had your job in their last job.

We are all genuinely friends with one another, care about each other, and take care of each other when in need.

It is a work hard - play hard type of place. You get out of it what you put in.

They are vocal about moving people into management, and very good about empowering women to take on more leadership roles in the company.

We are all genuinely friends in and out of the office. Our performance is dependant on the whole team doing what they need to do.

It is all based on my performance as an individual. I can work as hard as I want and make as much as I want. The opposite is also true.
