My overall experience at Insight Global has been tough but, ultimately positive and rewarding. I love the people I work with and I've had the ability to make good money and become successful earlier than average college graduate.

The ability to speak with several different people about their experience at IG to get different perspectives and transparency about the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a 4 time contest winner, I feel those who have hit 3+ should have more options for half day/full day Fridays than 1 or 2 time contest winners.
