The people you surround yourself become your family. They tell you what you want to hear, and sometimes what you don't want to hear, to make sure you are the best version of yourself both professionally and personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone on your team "feels the sting". If you have a win - no one celebrates it more than your team. If you have a loss - you have support there to pick you up, and help you learn for next time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed for one of IG's competitors and had an offer coming into my final interview with Insight. After meeting with the incredibly strong, positive, and successful people I now call my coworkers and walking into the office and meeting EVERYONE - I knew this was somewhere I could call home.
