I have been with the company for over 7 years. I have found a place where I can come to work every day and not worry about job security. I can always be challenged and pushed to reach new goals. I am able to make as much comission as I want. I have found my coworkers are now family.

My team is supportive. They are the reason you want to come to work every day. The people are what make Insight Global such a special place to work.

I love that my executive cares about my personal life as well as my professional life. They want to see be succeed and to have a career at Insight Global until I retire.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved that they let me have a "road day" so I was able to see what it would be like to be a future Account Manager. I liked that I got to meet the whole office., I also liked that I got to interview with the Regional manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. My coworkers are like my family. Nobody takes this job because of they want to do staffing. They take it because of the people and the opporutnity that Insight Global offers. This job is not easy but the people are what make it. They celebrate the small stuff and the big milestones.
