I feel like our compensation is great, but our benefits package is severely lacking in substance and depth.

I liked how people were extremely transparent about the financial/income platform/opportunity Insight Global offers to individuals who come in and work hard.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the feeling of internal accomplishment I get when I have the opportunity to beat out my competition, in coming through for my customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does a fantastic job managing the individual where they're at and based on their individual potential, instead of just managing everyone the exact same, to a blanket process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be on the same page, heading in a positive direction. There is always an upbeat tempo in our office, and people always seem to be drinking out of glasses that are "half full".
