I appreciate the fact that they take an interest in me and go our of their way to build relationships with people at all levels on the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, the only area in which I've ever been unhappy has been our benefits package and the offerings we're given for medical, vision, and dental as a full time employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with a group of passionate people, and the opportunity to make a high income based on my own work ethic. I also love the ability I have to move up within the company and to make an impact on the people around me.
