We can run our offices as our own CEO. We can openly bounce ideas off of the executive leadership team and they take everything in to consideration. and they are very involved in the development in each of us individually.
The current bonus structure is poorly set up. If you have a quarter in which you grow 500% of your goal you aren't compensated for it. For the effort we put in as leaders of our offices, I would like to see the opportunity to make more in both the bonus and base pay comp.
