Servant based leadership as we only promote from within. Its far more than a "boss" rather a leader and someone that really cares about your development.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The connections I made with my interviewers. It awesome that they take the time to get to know you and it doesn't feel as if they are just reading from an interview questions sheet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CULTURE IS THE BEST!!! The other employees are incredible as far as not only fun but helpful. There is an open floor plan which drives collaboration and it doesn't ever feel you are there to just punch in and leave.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and growth. This doesn't feel like a job, rather a career. When I go to work, not only am I working with close friends but also I can work hard to grow, personally and professional. There is so much opportunity!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are small teams within larger teams so you feel a) a value add and b) they are extremely positive and helpful. I've been on teams my entire life as far as sports/organizations go, so being on a team that really cares is awesome!
