Our interview process is extremely personal and we take the time to get to know the true character of the employee.

They are willing to put our people ahead of our short-term profits, so our people have the time to become successful. They take a long-term approach.

They are caring, friendly and real people. They are easy to relate to and are not feared because of their role at the company but instead people that people we can approach about anything.

One of my favorite things about Insight Global is that you are compensated for your hard work. One regular basis you have an opportunity to change your pay for the better and can take your career into your own hands.

The opportunity to develop my coworkers in my division to be successful in their own careers. Someone did the same for me right when I started and think it’s important to pay that forward to the next group of Insight Global employees.

We have an environment like a sports team. You want people on your team to be successful and score in the games. While also being motivated to score yourself. Everyone is happy for each others success and driven to have those success themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to put the best interest of the team ahead of all else. Whatever it takes to get the job done type mentality. When you have people, all working so hard together it’s easy to make bonds and build relationships with your coworkers.

I know my leaders really care about my development both professionally and personally. They have taken their time to get to know my fiancé and treat her like one of our own. Every decision they make takes both things into consideration and make it easy for me to be successful balancing a healthy lif
