The people I work with and that I hit a new accomplishment everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone supports eachother and makes a genuine effort to have a relationship with one another. It makes for an amazing enviornment and culture!
What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to meet with your future peers at all levels and get to know them. Not be grilled with interview questions. Its very conversational.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The uncapped commision structure. Our ability to be successful is extremely attainable in minimal years. You see your hard work pay off in straight income which nothing can beat!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone has the same goal in mind. To work hard, support one another to be the best they can, we celebrate eachother accomplishments and once our hard work pays off, we celebrate together!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I cannot speaker more highly of our leadship team! They listen to our needs and are quick to make changes for the better of their people. This is a rare find and I am so fortune to have a team and culture that supports this.
