It's extremely conversational. It's 50% traditional interview questions and 50% just getting to know you as a person.

I genuinely look forward to coming to work in the morning because our coworkers are so fun and inspiring to interact with.
What makes you most happy at work?
You have the opportunity to be extremely financially successful with only a few years of work experience. Our leadership team and our culture makes this a place you never want to leave.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The cash compensation is amazing. We have probably the best commission structure and contest structure in the industry. The benefits are very basic so you end up paying a good amount out of pocket. The stock payouts aren't incredibly transparent but we do have them to continuously earn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the energy. We work hard and play hard together. We celebrate each other's successes and our team success. We also pick each other up when we're down. If your tired on your way to work, you won't be when you get here because the positive energy is contagious.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership genuinely cares about the people that work here. It's not about how the salesforce can make them money - it's about how they can help the salesforce make money. Our CEO makes an effort to spend time with people at every level of the company, hear our ideas, and truly get to know us.
