They seem to really care for their people and the widespread and individual successes. I personally feel like I can approach anyone on the team with ideas and will be supported.

I love that I get to work with such creative and inspiring people. Everyone is so supportive and challenging in the right ways. We genuinely love each other's company and learn constantly and share ideas.
