Our team is the best! We're a family, we always have each other's backs, and we want success for every single person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package is that it's uncapped! It's totally up to the sales person as to how much they make individually.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is number one. It's the reason I wanted to work at Insight Global when I interviewed, and I still believe it's the reason people stay to this day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team is servant based. I can always count on my Sales Manager, Director, Regional, VP, etc. for help with any situation, and the fact that they won't ask you to do something they are not willing to do themselves.
