Wonderful experience. 6 years at a company that has always taken care of me. The work is challenging, but the rewards have been more than enough. I plan to retire with Insight Global. I feel good about what my team is doing to impact the company, what our company is doing to put people to work!

Great experience after almost 7 years. Have held 3 roles, and enjoyed the progression and lessons along the way. Plan to be here for a very long time.

I am happy at work because I am positively impacting so many people while working with my closest friends.

Our culture is to work hard, and have fun. We believe in investing in our people first, which will naturally lead to them being better employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team stays realistic in the standards it sets for salespeople. They have high standards, but those that are attainable and set with the salespeople's best interest in mind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We genuinely care about each other. We always have a great time. We work together well and are open with each other which allows us to give and take constructive criticism.

My team is incredibly collaborative. We are open and honest with each other. We bounce ideas off of each other regularly, work well together, choose to be together outside of work and keep each other's best interest in mind.
