What is the best part about your compensation package?
The beginning salary is really nice and pretty affordable especially for living in San Francisco, and of course once we start making commission that part is very exciting!
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy helping people find jobs. It is very satisfying and rewarding knowing that everyday when I come to work I can make someone else's day better.

Our leadership team, really shows that they care about every individual employee and constantly focusing on how to better the company in both a business aspect and a social/personal aspect as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I got to talk to multiple people throughout my interview process, giving me the chance to get different perspectives on thoughts and questions I had going into my first job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the second we start our day everyone is bubbly and excited and ready to be there. We celebrate big and small victories which make all of us more confident in all we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love working with people that have the same goals and aspirations as I do. We are all such positive people that push each other to do our best in every aspect of this job. I can count on many of my coworkers when I really need them.
