They are all people who I can get along with very well. We have an open communication model and want to see each other succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our compensation package is excellent! you can directly see your hardwork pay off in form of a weekly paycheck. I would like to see a better match for 401K.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easy to communicate with and are always there to advocate for you as they have been in your place before because we only promote internally. There is always direct feedback and you always know where you stand. Best of all, you are just as connected to your direct manager as a VP and CEO.
