Unbelievable, I will retire here. I have grown so much in the last 6 years and have been given every opportunity to be developed, grow in my career and become financially stable. I also am challenged and learning every single job no matter what role I have been in.

I feel that our benefits are extremely high and our 401k options is not where it should be.

The base salary + bonuses based on your growth and performance as a manger. The ability to make over 350k before I am even 30 is unheard of in a lot of places.
