Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The opportunity to earn stock incentive units based on office growth versus being capped at 60K for the year. I am grateful for the opportunity to earn in the first place, but also feel that top performers should be rewarded proportionately.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone cares. The executives are "do-ers". None of them sit behind a desk and demand results, rather, they fight with their people every day. None of them would ever ask of any manager what they are unwilling to do themselves. Everyone matters, everyone gets developed.
