Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are very good for an individual but due to the rising costs of health benefits across the country, benefits are costly for dependents.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved that my interviewer was open and genuine. No questions were off the table and i got a great understanding of the good things and bad things about the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Wha is most positive about our culture, is the people that we work with. They care about one another and want to do right by one another. We push eachother to be better every day.
