Insight Global has challenged me in many ways. I've struggled, but I've also succeeded with the help of my mentor & teammates!! I've grown as a women in business and it's not only impressed my loved ones, but myself as well.

I'd say the quarterly bonus'.

The office is genuinely excited for all of your major accomplishments.

They're the ones who support me and have my back when I'm struggling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They will bend over backwards to make sure our team is taken care of!!
What makes you most happy at work?
Hiring someone for a Sales Manager's team and having them PUMPED to get started!!

I can provide a stable living for myself, and when thinking about the future there are opportunities to make more money.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is that my role allows me to find the best talent and gritty individuals who are hired to build & grow our company and see them become more successful each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sales is hard. There's no fighting that. However we all have the same goals & with a company that promotes within we have all been in someones shoes before and will do our best to help them and be there for anyone! We're a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our management lives by our shared vales. Everyone matters to them, no matter where you sit or who's team you may be on. And especially during this work from home situation they have been very attentive to make sure we know where we stand.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They motivate me and push me to be the best. It's hard right now since we are working remotely, but we've all done our best to check in on one another and be there for them. I live alone in a studio and I couldn't imagine getting through this without them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
AM's & Pro's make commission for every contractor they have on site. TAs make a flat rate that is given to them. If they don't last 90 days the next hire is free. To be fair if we don't have someone last for 90 days but was here for say 60 we should make what we would get for those days2not lose out
