We are open and honest with each other. It creates an incredible environment full of collaboration and high effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its inclusive of everyone. Recently discussions on racial inequality have been a focus of our Diversity council and the discussions we have had have brought me to tears.

Our leadership has a clear and concise vision for what they want this company to be. That vision includes the quality of someone's character and taking care of others. It is a wonderful vision to be a part of.
