I have been in four roles in this company, each has been a different experience. Positive and negative. BUT in each role I have been challenged, I have grown, I have had a mentor and I have had a team with people who want the best for me. Now I am exactly where I need to be to make the most impact.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We continue to challenge each other personally and professionally. We are trying to grow our business and footprint as much as possible which has really created a strong team environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Over the last 2-3 years, there has been an obvious shift from "profit is king" to "our people are king". I attribute that to a concentrated effort from our Leadership and it is much appreciated!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The take time to intentionally receive feedback on what can be improved and take immediate action on remedying that feedback. It seems the are never resting, but we are always working to be 1% better everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have created an environment where everyone is comfortable picking up the phone and calling. If you need something from your manager, your Director, your VP, just call them and they will do everything they can to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in MSD and not working in the ATL office. Pay adjustments for "cost of living" in MSD would be great. I know the field does get "cost of living" adjustments and it is just as necessary for MSD resources to see that as well.
